Q.      What do you sell?

A.       Everything! Predominantly ice hockey and sports equipment and merchandise, but we will be expanding into other areas.

Q.      Can you end this auction early so that I can buy it from you now?

A.       No. The reasons why I will not sell to anyone outside e-bay are as follows:

1)    I am not insured for any transactions outside e-bay.

2)    It’s not fair on everyone else who wants to bid on the item.

3)    You might get it cheaper if you bid rather than me offer you a price.

Q.      Can I purchase an item from you right now without going to auction?

A.       No, for the same reasons as above.

Q.      Can you sell to me in bulk?

A.       No, for the same reasons as above.

Q.      How much to send to USA/Canada/Worldwide?

A.       Prices (for jerseys) are usually £11.50 to North America and Worldwide.

This might seem pricey, but it will be sent via Royal Air Mail (Insured or Airsure Express Airmail). Airsure has guaranteed delivery within 7 days and online tracking available (extra cost may apply).

Q.      Will you send this product to my rich uncle in Nigeria?

A.       No, no, NO! I AM NOT A FRAUD AND I WILL NOT DEAL WITH FRAUDS EITHER.

Q.      I have tried to bid on this item, but it refuses my bid. Why?

A.       You either do not have a Paypal account or you have probably been banned from bidding on my auctions because you have wasted my time before in the past.

Non-payers, timewasters and general idiots are no longer eligible to bid on my items. Also, you will not be able to bid if your feedback score is less than zero.

Q.      Can I pay you via Cash?

A.       The best way to send payment is via Paypal. If you can’t do that a cheque or postal order (in Great Britain Pounds (£) Sterling) is acceptable. Send CASH (in Great Britain Pounds (£) Sterling) at your own risk as a last resort.

Q.      I do not speak English! Je ne parle pas l'anglais! Ich spreche Englisch nicht!

A.       No problem. I also speak French and German. Aucun problème. Je parle le français et Allemand aussi. Kein Problem. Ich spreche Französisch und Deutsch auch.
