(8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday). • Please limit after hours calls to EMERGENCIES ONLY where you require immediate assistance. After 10 PM you will likely be awakening one of our staff members to answer your call, we need our sleep too! (Emergency rates listed below) • We are available after hours for EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. • We provide 24 hour 7 day emergency lock service to the GTA. • EMERGENCY hourly labour rate $100.00/Hr. - billed in ½ hour increments. • EMERGENCY service call rate $110.00 - includes the first ½ hour of labour. • Pricing displayed does not include GST. • These charges do not include any specific parts or other services you may require. • Currently NOT Accepting Payment By Credit Card. • Payment accepted in Cash, Company or Personal Check. |

| Most door-type locksets (Dead Bolts & Key-In-Knob Locksets) can be re-keyed so that the old key will no longer operate in the lockset. What this means is that in most cases, your present lockset need not be replaced. We only suggest replacement in the event that the lock is overly worn and out of manufacturers specifications. |
