THE TRUE CONFESSION OF TERACHI SHINYA

"Are you sure you want to go this time Shinya-san? You'll be all
alone." Miyabi looked up to his master and Shinya smiled softly.

"Miyabi-kun," he placed a palm on Miyabi's cheek, "I want to go
home. School is over and mamma and pappa are already back. It's
time ot go. Besides, the captain is said to be a gentleman, so he'll
be sure to keep me company."

Miyabi pouted. "But what will I do without you?"

"Miyabi-kun... you'll get another master when another student gets to
the school."

"But..." Miyabi looked away, to Shinya's luggage, unable to look at
Shinya anymore. "I'll miss you..."

Shinya tried to lift Miyabi's chin, but he wouldn't look up. "Ne,
Miyabi, we can still write letters. I'll even send you money so the
Mistress won't have to approve."

Miyabi suddenly hugged Shinya and his shoulders were shaking. Shinya
hugged him back and they stood like that until someone tapped
Shinya's shoulder. Shinya looked to the other as Miyabi wiped his
eyes. "Terachi Shinya?" he asked. The man was Shinya's height, but
had a more masculine look to his body and face. His pink hair stood
out amoung everything and Shinya didn't even hear the question until
Kaoru repeated it. "Terachi Shinya? Are you her?"

Miyabi almost giggled, knowing that he was the only one on that side
of the ocean besides the Mistress of the school Shinya had been at
that knew Shinya was a boy, but dressed and raised as a girl since
birth.

Shinya nodded to the question, and going into a trained voice
responded painfully (it hurts to go high when your voice isn't
^^), "Hai."

The man nodded and bowed. "Niikura Kaoru, first mate." He motioned
to the luggage at Miyabi's feets. "Are those yours?" Shinya
nodded. "Sou desu." Kaoru looked toward the ship and called
out, "KYO!"

Shinya looked toward the ship and saw a blonde tuft of hair peep out
over the side. "Hai?" it called out.

"Come get this luggage!" Kaoru turned back to Shinya. "Shinya-san,
I must warn you, you should find another ship. The captain of this
ship is a tyrant and harsh. If you wish to leave next week we can
arrange for you to go with a family."

Shinya shook his head. "Iie. My father specifically wanted me on
this ship. He is good friends with the captain and I'm ashamed to
hear you speak of him like this!"

Kaoru's face remained unchanged. "I"m warning you, Miss, for you own
saftey."

Shinya turned his head slightly up. "I won't hear of it! I was told
to go on this ship and on this ship is what I will board."

"Fine." Kaoru turned and walked away, clearly mad.

The blonde puff had reached Shinya and Miyabi by that time. "Hi, I"m
Kyo, the cabin boy."

Shinya smiled. "I'm Shinya."

Kyo picked up Shinya's bags. "So, Kaoru couldn't get you to take
another ship?"

Shinya shook his head.

"Well, as long as you're on it..." Kyo took out a switchblade. "Take
this."

Shinya gasped. "What...?"

Kyo closed Shinya's hand over it. "For protection, just in case."

Shinya shakedly put it in his purse, determined to throw it into the
ocean upon first chance. He turned to face Miyabi as Kyo ran off and
smiled slightly. "I guess this is goodbye..." Miyabi nodded sadly,
tears filling his eyes once again before holding onto Shinya's arms
and going in to kiss him. Shinya gasped and pulled away. "Miyabi?"

Miyabi bit his lip. "Gomen ne... demo... ai... ai shiteru..."

Shinya gasped. "Hounto ni?"

Miyabi nodded. "I... I know you don't love me but... I just wanted
to konw... what it felt like..." He whispered.

Shinya's expression softened and he pulled Miyabi in for a hug. "Oh
Miyabi..." He tilted Miyabi's chin up. "Then let me make it
memorable, okay?"

"Shinya?" Shinya closed his eyes and tilted his head, placing his
lips upon Miyabi's and slowly kissing him. Miyabi melted into the
kiss, bringing his arms around Shinya and slipping his tongue in to
briefly brush along Shinya's before pulling away. "Arigato..."
Miyabi breathed and dug in his pocket, pulling out a
letter. "Here... read this tonight before you sleep." He brushed
his hand on Shinya's cheek. "Take care."

Shinya kissed Miyabi's forehead. "You too." Shinya then turned and
walked away, walking up the steps to the ship. He turned to look at
Miyabi once more before disapearing.

When Shinya got onto the ship, he was greeted by Kyo and taken to his
room. "These are your living quarters. Go out your door and turn
left. Down the hall is the kitchen. The quarters I and the other
shipmates are in are on the other side of the ship. We leave port in
ten minutes."

Shinya's stomach growled and he blushed slightly.

Kyo smiled. "Here, I'll take you to the kitchen so you know your way
around." Kyo took Shinya's arm and led him down the hall. He opened
the door and let Shinya in first before walking in himself and
running behind the wall that divided the eating and cooking
areas. "Hey! Wake up Totchi!" Shinya winced as he heard someone
get kicked.

"Ow! Kyo!" A voice came.

"Come on..."

"Oh, Kyo... pulling on my hair... harder oh!" Shinya could hear
someone being pressed against a wall and the unfamiliar voice
moaning. "Oh Kyo..."

"Ah! Totchi! I already HAVE someone! Get off me! Go make our
guest some food!"

"Fine then! I see I'm not loved!" A blue haired man came into view
and smiled at Shinya, followed by Kyo, whose hair seemed even more
wild now than it had before he went to fetch the blue-head. "Hi, I'm
Toshiya!"

Shinya nodded. "Terachi Shinya."

"Well, Shinya, I'll fix you up something real quick while the boys
launch the ship." Shinya nodded and watched as Kyo left the
kitchen. "So, I hope they're treating you fine."

"Yes, but Kaoru tried to convince me to leave and take another ship."

Toshiya's face went pale and he went silent. Almost unaudiable,
Toshiya muttered, "Already?"

Shinya lifted an eyebrow, but kept silent.

After he ate, he took a nap and when Shinya woke up, he felt ill.
The lurching of the ship didn't help much either and Shinya moaned,
holding his stomach and sitting up, immediately screaming as he saw a
mouse at the foot of his bed. Almost immediately there was knocking
at the door. "Miss! Miss! Are you alright?!" Shinya gasped and
screamed louder as the mouse ran over his foot. "Miss! I'm coming
in! If you're undecent please cover up!" The door was slammed open
and Shinya could hear his "rescuer" laugh. "Miss, it's JUST a mouse!"

Shinya scrambled up and stood behind the man, using him as a
shield. "Get it away?"

He laughed. "Sure." He picked up the mouse by the tail and turned
to face Shinya. "Now, say hi to Mouse-san!"

Shinya glared at the man who was taller than himself with bright red
hair and a smile that was warm and teasing at the same time. "No."

The man held it closer. "Come on, he wants to be your friend."

Shinya started shaking his head rapidly. "No..." he backed up and
felt himself bumping into another. He spun around and saw a man with
short blonde hair.

"Daisuke, sotp teasing the passenger." he commanded. Shinya heard
the other sigh and drop the mouse. The blonde smiled. "You must be
Terachi Shinya. I'm the Captain, Yoshiki Hayashi, and behind you is
Ando Daisuke."

"Or Die." He spoke up as he pushed past Yoshiki out of the room.

Yoshiki took no notice of Die. "So, Shinya-san, how do you like the
ship? How are you doing?"

"The ship's nice, but I feel a bit sick." Shinya clutched at his
stomach again to emphasize his point.

"Maybe you just need some fresh hair. I'll tell you what, you go up
to the deck and enjoy the air and the ocean's view and in about an
hour, come to my quarters for some tea. Just ask one of the crew to
lead you to me and you'll be fine."

Shinya nodded. "I'd like that, thank you..."

::Toshiya nods frantically and they both run off to get Kaoru, but
pause for a minute to rip Shinya's dress off, making him cold, and
Die comes up and "warms" him ^__^
