Die! No! Wait!!!" but the red head ignored, walking faster. Toshiya ran towards the older man while at the same time turned his head around. Where was Kyo? Sleeping?! Again?!

"Please…Die-kun! Wait! Where are you going?!" Toshiya panted, finally managed to catch up. The red head glanced at the pretty face before shrugging. "Hospital, I have to visit Shinya" the younger one coughed, "But the doc said you can’t! you know you shouldn’t be taking risks! How if you’re kicked out of there? And you might not be allowed to go there anymore!"

Die walked faster, "Die-kun!!! Think about it! Don’t you want to see Shinya? Be patient! He’ll be fine in few days! Don’t the doc say so?!" narrowing his eyes, Die greeted his teeth and walked back to Toshiya. The bassist yelped as he was shook strongly

"Toshiya! Listen to me! He’s a doctor! What do you expect from a doc like him?!!! He might be lying to me! He might be telling me something opposite the truth! He does it coz he wants me to feel better!" Die suddenly spat out to Toshiya’s shock. Seeing the shock trace, Die backed away and walked even faster. It took Toshiya few seconds to regained himself but Die only needed few seconds to completely disappeared with his car.

"AH? He’s gone?" Toshiya whispered.

"Sumimasen ga?" came a voice.

"Hai…"

"Do you need anything? You’re not allowed around this area" he turned and saw a nurse looking at him suspiciously. The red head pouted and walked towards her, "Ano…I was waiting for the…doctor! Yoshida-san (:p-L7) he said I should wait here, something really urgent…" he lied.

"Ano…Yoshida-san?" she touched her chin, thinking. The nurse looked up at the red haired man, who looked scary.

Die gave her a charming smile, "Hai, here’s around today right?" Please say yes… the girl waited a while before making a decision, "But I still can’t let you staying here, why don’t you see him in his office? It’s easier and-"

"Look! He told me to wait here! And if you don’t believe me, go and ask! He knows me!!!" Die’s voice came harsh, scaring her even more. If only she knew what he was trying to do. The young woman bit his lip before turning away, "Fine, but you can’t go any further down there…it’s off limits!" she walked away.

Die exhaled, and turned his head around. "Off limits…yeah, my ass!" Die rubbed his face, looked right, left, and behind before walking down the corridor. It felt so cold and lifeless. There were few nurses but none paid much attention since they looked busy. The red head’s eyes casted everywhere, trying to find the right room.

Die suddenly stopped in front of a room, the room Shinya had stayed before, and peered in through the glass on the door. He didn’t really see anything at first, since the curtains were drawn close. But when his eyes were used to the dark, Die smiled. The patient was lying on the bed, sleeping.

Die looked left and right before opening the door. It made no sound and that only encouraged him to go further. He stepped in, closed the door quickly yet carefully, and approached the bed. There lay a weak looking person.

"Shinya…" Die whispered, touching the younger man’s cheek. It felt warm. So Shinya was really fine eh?

Die looked around and found a chair. He quickly sat beside the bed and stared at his lover.

"Shinya…wake up…Die is here…"

"Nani?"

"He’s gone and I can’t-can’t do anything about it…"

"Perfect!" Kaoru hissed. ‘Totchi, I'll call you back ne? I'll go see him now, hoping he won’t get any trouble…gosh! Ja!" Kaoru smiled slowly, "Love you…" he whispered. The guitarist could imagine Toshiya smiling back on the other side, "Love you too…" his lover whispered back.

The door was opened and Kaoru blushed. Yoshiki entered with two cups of coffee, "So?" he handed Kaoru one. The pink head bowed, "It’s Toshiya. I think I have to go now. Die’s in the hospital…"

Yoshiki frowned.

"What. The. Heck. Are. You. Doing. Here?!!!"

Die jumped though it came only as a hiss.

"Hey, doc…" he pouted. The doctor shook his head in disbelief, "Get out!!! Now!!!" he hissed again. Die remained on his seat. The older man growled quietly and grabbed his arm, "Out!!! You’re not allowed here!"

Die slapped the hand away, "I want to be here, with him!" the younger man spoke firmly. The doctor winced at this, "Sh! You might wake him up!" he hissed again. The older man looked at Shinya for a while, inspecting him. Die joined his eyebrows, thought for a while, and looked up.

"Isn’t it what we want? Waking him up?" he asked.

The doctor looked surprise, startled, and tensed. Die narrowed his eyes, wondering. Yoshida-san quickly shrugged, "Yeah! But he needs rest too! Don’t bug him, please…be patient for few days!" he managed to calm himself down. The more you’re hard on Die, the less he’s gonna do what you want.

But he was wrong. Not quite, Die didn’t even move.

"Die-kun…PLEASE…"

Die stared at Shinya’s serene face then at the doctor and back to Shinya.

Kaoru shut the office door quietly. The doc wasn’t in there. The pink head walked towards a nurse and asked.

"Ah, Yoshida-san is in the ICU area, but you’re not allowed there! Em…why don’t you wait here, I'll tell him" the nurse smiled happily, obviously knowing his identity. Kaoru thanked her and sat down on the chair. Few minutes later the doctor came and Kaoru noticed how he was dragging Die along with him.

"Kaoru-kun, please take care of this…beast!" the doctor spoke irritably. Kaoru looked at Die, who turned away. The older guitarist shook his head and apologized.

"See, Die-kun, if you learn some of your friend’s attitude…"

Die glared at him.

"Ano…doctor, is Shinya fine?" Kaoru asked, though he knew it was such a pointless question. Shinya might not wake up…he might-

"Doc said I shouldn’t have given Shinya water, coz there’s something wrong down the throat…do you know that?" Die suddenly asked. Kaoru looked at him in surprise, then glanced at the doc, faking a shock.

"Hounto ni?" Kaoru gasped. The red head nodded vigorously, "Yeah! I’m so careless! I should’ve called for help! Instead of-" Die bit his lip looking really disappointed. Yoshida-san patted Die’s shoulder, "It’s not your fault! You didn’t know anything about it!" Kaoru sighed and nodded, "Hai. But the doc will make sure he’s fine ne?" the doc smiled back.

Die stomped his foot on the floor, "Fine! I'll go now, but if anything happens, you have to tell me!" Kaoru sighed in relief and the doc nodded, "Of course!" the red head smiled weirdly and excused himself to the bathroom.

"Doc! Yoshiki-san told me everything!" Kaoru hissed quickly, making sure Die was far enough from them. The doctor joined his eyebrows, "I guess so…you didn’t look that surprise about the throat wound. I appreciate you hiding it from him…" Kaoru nodded. "Yoshiki-san also told me…about the chances getting Shinya to open his eyes …" Kaoru added.

"…"

"And I realized that, even if he wakes up, things won’t be the same anymore!"

The doctor made no reply.

"But it’s really –not- a good idea to hide it from Die! We all know Die and his many stupid actions when it comes to Shinya…I think we should tell him, somehow" Kaoru trailed off. Yoshida-san held his shoulder, "Kaoru-kun…we have to be patient!" Kaoru looked at him.

"We will tell him, eventually and- there he comes!" the doc smiled warmly, "Die-kun, are you going back now?" Kaoru turned his head around and hid well his anxiety. Die smiled back, "Hai…are you coming Kaoru?" the pink head nodded.

"Ja matte!"

"Doctor, the patient in room 30-"

He nodded, "I know…I’ve checked. We’re gonna move her up. She’s getting better" the nurse nodded and made few notes. But then she realised something else, "Eto…there’s a man looking for you just now. He has red hair and it’s about something really important. Have you seen him?" she asked politely.

"Hai…" the doc replied quietly. "Nurse, weren’t you in charge last night? Did you see or hear anything weird from the patient who just came down here?" he asked, carefully.

The nurse looked towards the end of the corridor. And there was something weird about her eyes. Like she was fear of something.

"Hai, that room 304. the new patient, I think I heard him speaking! I went in but he was fast asleep. It-it sounded like a nightmare. He was screaming for few seconds and I tried my best to calm him down…but…" she hesitated. "But he kept screaming. When I came back with few nurses, he was already sleeping so soundly"

The doctor nodded, "Come with me" she obeyed. They stopped in the 304 room and when the doc stepped in, the nurse gulped. There was something about the room. Rumours had spread in the hospital. That room…but she shook it off and entered anyway. The nurse closed the door quietly and followed the older man.

"Will you wait for me outside?" he suddenly asked.

"Hai…" she practically rushed out.

The woman stood there hugging her notepad. She hoped he would come out soon. It was so cold there. And there was no noise at all, but when she couldn’t help leaning on the door, there was somebody speaking! It was the doc’s voice…but why was he talking alone?

She gasped as the door was suddenly open from inside. The nurse nodded to him, "How is he?" she asked. The doctor looked thoughtful for a while.

"Nurse, put him in the list. We’re gonna move him up too!" the woman gasped, "Demo…he’s not…" the man smiled, "Just relax! I know what I’m doing…"

He smiled charmingly before leaving her alone in the corridor, right in front of that door. The nurse bit her lip, then put the name down. Terachi-san, room 304. moving up to sixth floor-tomorrow. But why? she knew it wasn’t her business but the patient didn’t even look like a human! He looked so lifeless… He needed to be in under ICU care for at least…few more days!

"But Doc wants to move him tomorrow!"
