Shinya walked slowly into the room. He was quite late that morning but couldn’t care at all. He felt so tired because he couldn’t keep his eyes close the night before. His mind wondered…to the red head person.

The bed felt so cold…-he- felt so cold…

Toshiya smiled to him, "Ohaiyo, Shinya" The drummer smiled back.

"One glance at you I know you had pretty good time last night" Shinya raised an eyebrow sitting next to the bassist. Toshiya grinned. Suddenly Kyo rushed into the room, "hey…did you see Kaoru?" Shinya shook his head, Toshiya pouted. The small guy ran out in frustration.

"What happened last night?" Shinya asked.

Toshiya shook his head slowly, "Nothing to talk about…it was just a normal party night" Shinya nodded. Normal to Toshiya meant a crazy party all night long. Probably with Kaoru, Shinya thought. He felt Toshiya pulled his arm, so he turned. Toshiya whispered something,

"Hey…Die saw you and he was really upset. Kaoru told me…" Toshiya said carefully. Shinya sighed, Oh yes…really upset that he needed some chick to cheer him up…Shinya saw the woman’s face. He remembered that was the same woman who looked at him weirdly in the toilet. So Die did know her…and he went home with her last night. Bet he’s late with rumpled clothes this morning, Shinya thought again. Toshiya joined his eyebrows looking at Shinya. The drummer looked so quiet.

"Are you okay?" Toshiya asked.

Shinya nodded slowly.

The door opened and Kyo came in. He looked exhausted. Toshiya smiled slyly seeing him panting. Kyo pouted and sat opposite them. "I can’t find Kaoru"

"Why are you looking for him?"

"Die called me and he wanted to talk to Kaoru. Kaoru’s mobile was off…and I promised Die I would find Kaoru…but I can’t find him!!!" Kyo yelled angrily. Toshiya rolled his eyes hiding something. Shinya saw Toshiya holding a mobile phone. It looked like Kaoru’s. Confused, the drummer looked at him. Toshiya smiled,

"it’s a game…he lost" Toshiya explained briefly. Shinya nodded in confusion.

"If I can’t find Kaoru Die will kill me…" Kyo continued. Shinya widened his eyes. Why? What happened last night? Where was Die now? And Kaoru?

The door opened again and Kaoru entered the room, "Ohaiyo…" he said slowly. He glared at Toshiya as soon as he saw the bassist. Toshiya only smiled sweetly. Kyo gasped and pulled him down the couch. Kaoru screamed, ‘Ohaiyo too Kyo!"

"Die wants to talk to you…I think you’re in deep shit!" Kyo said grinning to the guitarist.

Kaoru raised an eyebrow.

There came a knock on the door. Kaoru got up and opened it. Mihoko, Yoshiki’s secretary smiled to him. Kaoru nodded.

"Ohaiyo, Kaoru-sama. Yoshiki-san wants to see Shinya-kun" she spoke politely to him. Her eyes swept the room and she grinned happily seeing Toshiya. The bassist pouted and turned away. Shinya stood up and trailed off behind the woman. He turned back looking at Kaoru in confusion.

Toshiya sighed looking at his watch. Kyo sat down opposite him; Kaoru managed to get his phone back from Toshiya after few minutes of ‘fighting’. Now he was reading newspapers. Shinya had gone to see Yoshiki for almost an hour. Kyo glanced at him, "Toshiya…I’m hungry…let’s go eat!" Toshiya smiled and pulled Kyo up. Kaoru sighed as they walked out the room.

Why?

Kaoru knew something wasn’t right.

The door slammed open after few minutes. Kaoru jumped as Die slammed the door close and glared at him murderously. Kaoru faked a smile, "hey…" but he yelped as Die pulled his shirt.

"What did I do last night?" Die asked. Kaoru blinked innocently few times.

"What did you do last night?" Kaoru looked at him weirdly. "How do I know?" Die grunted and fell on the couch. He scratched his head hard for few seconds. The purple hair guy stared at him weirdly.

"Die…what happened?" he asked carefully.

Die blankly stared at him; then he looked around the room before moving closer to the purple head. Kaoru widened his eyes.

"Kaoru…did you leave me alone last night? Did you…" he asked softly. Kaoru gasped in disbelief.

"Die! Can’t you remember what happened? You went back alone!"

Die winced. He growled aloud. "Why did you do that?!" he yelled. Kaoru raised an eyebrow,

"Excuse me? Why are you blaming me? YOU said I could stay with Totchi! It’s you who told me you’re going back alone by taxi!" Kaoru spoke defensively. Die shook his head.

"Kaoru, if I really went back alone by taxi, then how the hell I end up on Alisa’s bed this morning? Explain!" Die hissed rolling his eyes around; making sure Kaoru was the only listener in the room. Kaoru gasped before laughing heartily.

"You…? Alisa…you mean …that woman…" he gasped in disbelief again. Die glared. "You mean…man! She’s a bitch! Did you know she went away as soon as you walked out the pub? I mean…how could I know she was hunting for you?" Kaoru laughed again shaking his head slowly. He glanced at Die. The younger man wasn’t wearing yesterday’s clothes. He looked damn neat.

"Besides… where’s your yesterday’s clothes? I thought you went back to her place…" Kaoru raised an eyebrow.

"Why do you think I’m late this morning? I have to rush back to my place, get some clothes and come here…you know her house is just around here?" Die hissed again.

"She’s good man…" Kaoru stopped as Die glared even more murderously at him. "So…?" he asked carefully. Die sighed.

"What do you …’so?’ …Kaoru…it’s Shinya I love…I love Shinya…I can’t…" Die stuttered. Kaoru chewed his lips as Die leaned back on the couch looking really upset. The older man could see regret in his eyes.

"Hey…if she really likes you…" Kaoru touched his arm, "Shinya dumped you anyway…" Die glared.

"Kaoru…Alisa is smart…she doesn’t like me…this is about something else…" Kaoru sat up straight while Die sighed.

"What does she want?" Kaoru was really interested. Die opened his mouth after a few second but closed it again as somebody entered the room. Toshiya came in with Kyo holding few packs of snack. Both of them gasped as they saw Die sitting on the couch beside Kaoru. Kyo smiled happily telling Die he had found Kaoru while Toshiya glanced at the red head from hair to toes.

Maybe he really loves Shinya…but Shinya said…

Toshiya turned away as Die stared at him with sharp eyes. The red head thought somehow… Toshiya must have done something to Shinya…it didn’t sound like Shinya when he dumped me…but he wasn’t going to ask the bassist.

Shinya came in few minutes later. He looked happy. When he saw Die sitting on the couch Shinya quickly turned away. No wonder he was late this morning…he must have brought the girl back to his apartment. Shinya stared blankly into a corner. He couldn’t imagine Die did it…with a woman…with another person apart from himself…on the bed…their bed. Shinya closed his eyes taking a deep breath. It was him who cut the relationship. And he made Die think he hated him…Die could sleep with anyone he wanted…it was none of his business anymore.

But…I love him…

"Shinya!" somebody called out his name. Soon he realized it was Toshiya. "Nani?"

"What did Yoshiki do?" Toshiya looked at him curiously. Shinya smiled, "Nothing…just normal stuff…about the next song" Shinya briefly explained what happened. Toshiya nodded listening carefully.

They didn’t know Die was staring at Shinya.

I bet he had fun! I bet he got laid…I bet… Die stopped thinking. He couldn’t imagine Shinya having sex with somebody else. Then he remembered waking up this morning. When he opened his eyes he didn’t really know where he was…but the scent that filled the air…it felt so familiar…Die turned and saw a woman sitting on the bed staring at him. He widened his eyes,

Die-kun…you’re back…you’ve finally come back to me…the voice sounded so soft and sad to his ears. It sounded really familiar too.

Alisa…what are you doing? He asked her…but she didn’t say anything. She merely smiled sweetly. Then she leaned forward kissing him. He pushed her away and rubbed his lips hard. He glared at her but she laughed.

Die…Die…my dear Die-kun…it’s a bit too late now…why didn’t you push me away last night? Why did you respond my kiss so passionately? She asked.

Why did you pin me down on the bed, kissing me so roughly and… Die stopped biting his lower lip. What had he done? It was Shinya he loved. But Shinya didn’t love him at all! He had fun last night I saw him doing it with Toshiya…

The practice began after a while and went on unsuccessfully.
