Review on Syunikiss
It is so beautifully written. At first I was thinking to myself that I would only like it because Yu~ki wrote the music, then I heard it and I was amazed. It spoke for itself in elegance. Syunikiss was different yet the same in some ways to many Malice Mizer songs.
I have listened to this song over and over for the longest time, I never tire of it. When I first heard it, I thought it was over when the birds started chirping. It was surprising to find out there was more after that. ^^ I love how it stops in the middle and begins over again.
Then I thought "Why the hell doesn't he write more?!" Because if you know all of MM song composers, then you know this is the only song Yu~ki has written. But he couldn't have picked a better song to debut with then this one.
Well, I wish I could explain this song in more detail, I just can't find the right words. If you haven't heard it yet then please go download it or steal a Merveilles CD or whatever, just listen to it! |
