This is a great sounding unreleased recording of ELP. This is a great night and the boys seem to be in really good spirits. This isn't really a surprise since they always gave their all for New York audiences. Keith especially seems to be enjoying his role as MC.
Actually, he runs around the stage like a maniac shooting fire out of the ribbon controller for the Moog Synthesizer a couple of minutes after the show starts. You'll hear it during Hoedown. Keep an ear out for then current Star Wars and Close Encounters quotes during Aquatarkus and cover your ears for the cannon blasts at the end of Pirates -- great progressive stuff.

This concert was probably broadcast by radio station WLIR but this is likely not the complete concert. ELP normally opened with Peter Gunn, and after the intermission (after PAAE), they opened the second half of the concert with "Welcome Back my Friends", and the show would have ended with Show me the Way to Go Home.
