Back in the early Sixties young Alan Wheelans of Kelso could claim to be Innes Ireland's greatest fan. Click on the photo of Innes to download some of Alan's memorabilia from that time, correspondence with Innes and other members of his family, photographs of Innes and his plane when he landed on a makeshift runway at Selkirk, and photographs taken at the 1964 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa.
