I hope this is just an innocent mistake and not something more sinister.
Also, my full name is Dr. Trevor Hugenob Andthat wtf. Any official documents should use this name. Please make these changes and get back to me.
I have received an email from the bank asking for these forms. I will tell them to wait until you learn to spell.
