CHANGE OF BENEFICIARY
Furthermore we request that you ask MR Nouel Musa the next of kin to the said deposit to obtain a legal sworn affidavit on your name from the supreme court of justice under the ministry of justice here, and equally visit our corporate headquarters here in Abidjan to sign the consignment release order and the certificate of beneficiary, after the obtaintion of the sworn affidavit, a copy of the sworn affidavit will be submitting to our company, which will be used to apply for the internation diplomatic tag that will protect your consignment from being inspected, the cost of the diplomatic delivery tag depends on the diplomatic relationship existing between the both countries, before we can forward you with the details of the delivery cost & Handling charges .
A staff of the security company will accompany the consignment to its final destination to ensure safety of operation.
You are expected to give the dicplomat of the security company accompanying the consignment a
warm welcome on arrival. You will also be required to sign certain documents that will be presented to you by the accompaying diplomat to show that you have duly received the consignment.
FLIGHT ROUTING.
The flight schedule of the accompanying staff (diplomat) of the security company, with his identification papers and the Airway bill for the
consignment will be sent to you hence you effect the payment for the delivery of the consignment.
