Tracii's LA Guns has replaced original drummer Nickey Alexander. Chad Stewart from Faster Pussycat will join Paul, Jeremy, and Tracii as their new drummer). Tracii's LA Guns seems to be planning on releasing a live album this year, entitled "The Riff Hits the Fan" - recorded last year with Nickey on drums.

Adam Hamilton has left LA Guns to pursue a career as a producer. Phil says that the band parted ways with him on good terms and wished him luck. Adam joined the band in late 2001 and has stayed with them ever since. Adam's replacement is Scott Griffin, who has worked with Bulletboys and other bands in LA.

Phil has announced that LA Guns is thinking about beginning to record their follow-up to "Tales from the Strip" and that the band MAY release a DVD version of "Loud & Dangerous".

LA Guns (Phil, Steve, Adam, Stacey) have released a new live album, recorded in early 2006 at the Whisky in Hollywood. The CD was released in September on Shrapnel Records, titled "Loud & Dangerous: Live in Hollywood".

LA Guns (with Phil) are featured on the new "VH1 Metal Mania Stripped Across America" Live DVD. This DVD features a live and acoustic performance of "the ballad of jayne" from the 2005 release party for the CD of the same name. This live performance is also featured on the Wal-Mart version of the "VH1 Metal Mania Stripped Volume 3" CD as well.

Burning Retna featuring Mick Cripps has just released the album "The Frozen Lies" on Cleopatra Records in June of 2006. This album was released as co-founder Charlie Clouser recently recorded score music for the movie "Saw". The CD features Mick on the guitar and Charlie on drums. It was recorded in 1993.
