Friends of the Western Buddhist Order
This is one of the oldest successful indigenous Western traditions of Buddhism. The website contains many articles
about the organization, practices, ideas, and the now famous Sangharakshita, who was integral to founding the order. Dzogchen Foundation
This group was started and popularized by Lama Surya Das, who has become one of the most visible American Lamas trained in the Tibetan Buddhist
