Rudiments
Rudiments are divided into quadrants. Quadrant A being the
easiest and the first rudiments you should learn. Quadrant D being the
hardest and the last rudiments you should learn.
Exercises
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced snare drummer, it's
important to maintain a daily regime of technique exercises. Mark Wessels and
Jeff Queen have put together this collection of exercises designed to isolate
each fundamental technique used when playing the snare drum. Each exercise
includes a play-along audio file so you can track your progress!
Sheet Music
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 represents the playing speeds. 1 being the
slowest and 5 being the fastest. Score/Real Sound is either a syth.
generated sound or real drumline recording.
