this years love ~
david gray
This years love had better last
Heaven knows it's high time
And I've been waiting
on my own too long
But when you hold me like you do
It feels so right
I start to forget
How my heart gets torn
When that hurt gets thrown
Feeling like you can't go on
Turning circles when time again
It cuts like a knife oh yeah
If you love me got to know for sure
Cos it takes something
more this time
Than sweet sweet lies
Before I open up my arms and fall
Losing all control
Every dream inside my soul
And when you kiss me
On that midnight street
Sweep me off my feet
Singing ain't this life so sweet
This years love had better last
So whose to worry
If our hearts get torn
When that hurt gets thrown
Don't you know this life goes on
And won't you kiss me
On that midnight street
Sweep me off my feet
Singing ain't this life so sweet
This years love had better last

Hey, welcome to my little page of Young Americans fanfic called This Years Love. I love the song. I've seen David Gray in concert at the Roseland in New York City. The group is beautiful to see live and if you ever get the chance to go to his concerts I recommend it. If you've ever watched the series Young Americans the song This Years Love came on during Jake and Hamilton's scene in Jake's room when she tells Hamilton about her mom. Which Hamilton replies with "yeah, sweet story" and just proceeds to kiss her ::sigh:: Anyways, since you're here feel free to read the fanfics and please email me feedback. I love it, but please don't flame me if the fic sucks :( Eventually I'll add more stuff here when I have the time like a sounds page etc. But for now if you want more Young Americans visit Required Reading. Hope ya like it here :) laterz :)
turn the page to the fanfic . . .
