| Augustin(Augustus) Pribyl was born before 1831 in Mala Hlina, Trebon, Bohemia, Czechoslovakia He married Anna Kovar. (**NOTE** some sources say his wife's name was Sofie Peske) They had a son Albert born March 30, 1846 Wittingau, Province of Bohemia. On October 26, 1873 Albert married Mary Koranda, daughter of John and Katarina Kreps Koranda. (Other sources say their marriage date was November 9, 1873) Albert and Mary immigrated to the U.S. in 1885, living in Chicago and then moving to Hunter Township in Jackson County, Minnesota. Nine children were born to them: Charles Joseph August Wesley Francis Jerome Mary Agnes Bessie Albert was very prominent in community and church affairs for the 50+ years he resided in Jackson, and was a member of the Christian group that founded St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Jackson. (The church is now Good Shepherd Catholic Church) |

| Joseph John was born May 19, 1879, he married Laura Betlach on May 28, 1901. Laura was the daughter of Emil and Theresa Cerhan Betlach. They were the parents of seven children: Mary Helen Josephine Martha Angeline Alice William Joseph was very active in the Catholic Church, singing in the choir, and serving as Parish Secretary for 15 years. He was Chairman of the American Red Cross for 35 years and secretary of the Chamber of Commerce for 15 years. A member of the Selective Service Board for 8 years. He worked in the Banking and Insurance Fields for many years.
