Rooms for $125 per night plus tax. Just call 617-628-1000 by April 1st, 2008 for this rate (be sure to mention the Boston Trolley Meet).
Hotel and exhibition hall are handicapped accessible.

Directions:
( Easy access from Interstate 93, exit 28 - see www.mapquest.com ).

Or using the MBTA subway take the Orange line to Sullivan Square. Exit the station and walk for 1/3rd of a mile westward under interstate 93 (the hotel will be on your left). Or, once you arrive at the Orange line Sullivan Square station, take MBTA bus number 91 to the hotel.

SCHEDULE

Friday, May 2nd, 2008 -

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
- Registration, display and layout setup. Dealer set up, sales, entertainment.


Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 -

7:00 am - 8:45 am - Dealer and displayer set up. MUST HAVE DEALER BADGE TO GAIN ADMISSION during this time slot.

9:00 am - 4:30 pm -
Trolley Meet - Open to the Public. Displays, Dealers, Clinics, Model Contest, Layouts.

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm - Cash Bar, Banquet and Entertainment. Banquet 7:00 pm. Entertainment begins at 8:30 pm. Vintage trolley movies/slides.


Sunday, May 4th, 2008 -

2) Ride New Orleans #966 in Lowell, Mass. Visit the Seashore Trolley Museum Exhibit at Lowell, Mass.

4) Ride the PCC Cars on the MBTA's Mattapan-Ashmont Line (which is part of the red subway line). See the MBTA's webpage for more info.
