Troop Everett, Washington Mount Baker Council
Who we are: Established in 1967, Troop 18 is made up of fine young boys seeking the challenge of the outdoors, the spirit of adventure, the camaraderie of friendship, and the pursuance of the scouting experience.
Where we are located: Troop 18 scouts are very fortunate to have the opportunity to live in the Pacific Northwest state of Washington, better known as "The Evergreen State." Within Washington's borders the geographical terrain of two mountain ranges, the Olympic and Cascade mountains, are perfect venues for unlimited outdoor sports and recreational activities all year round. Washington State also boasts of its own rain forest, in the lush green Olympic Mountains, and a high arid desert encompassing the rolling land east of the majestic Cascade Mountain range, not to mention the mighty Columbia River that runs through the state and empties into the largest ocean in the world, the Pacific Ocean. We also border Idaho State to our east, and Oregon State to our south, and our friendly neighbors to the north, the Province of British Columbia within the great country of Canada. So if you happen to be in our neck of the woods, stop on by and pay us a visit. We know you'll enjoy the spectacular outdoors Washington State has to offer. Troop 18 assembles at Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic church, 8615 7th AVE SE, in the sprawling city of Everett, WA.
When do we meet: Troop 18 conducts meetings every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of each month starting at 7:00 PM. For more information concerning Troop 18 meetings, or about Troop 18, e-mail our Scoutmaster.
