Welcome to Troop 3 of Grafton, Virginia. We hope the families of Troop 3 will be able to find out the latest news and events going on in the near future. Troop 3 meets at Grafton Baptist Church on the corner of Route 17 and Dare Road every Tuesday night @ 7 PM. We have met here for the past 15 years. Click here for a map to our location. Please stop by one of our meetings. If you find that after visiting us that you are interested in joining the troop, you will be able to sign up with the troop. Our troop is a member of The Chesapeake Bay District of the Colonial Virginia Council. We have had four Scoutmasters in the past 15 years. The current scoutmaster is Graden Rediker. Assisting him are many Assistant Scoutmasters.

Since May 1994, almost 50 boys from Troop 3 have made the rank Of Eagle. This is very good considering that only about 2% of scouts nationwide ever get his far. Keep up the Good Work! You can track the progress of the many Life scouts as they work towards the rank of Eagle by clicking here.

This website won 1st place at the 2003 Virginia State Fair Youth Arts and Crafts Electronic Media Competition (13-18 yr old division)
