Turn in any signed permission slips or forms. Activities: Sign in on roster Turn in signed permission slip/forms 2. Opening. Form a circle or gather facing the whiteboard/front of room. VIP Brownie leads the Troop in the Promise. Activities: Say the Girl Scout Promise Say the Girl Scout Law if directed by Leader 3. Business. Discuss upcoming events, things to bring, previous meeting activites for home, etc. Activities: Special announcements Plan trips or activities Reminders for next meeting(s) 4. Activities. Do activities alone, in pairs, or as an interest group or a whole group. Possible Activities: Do what was planned for the meeting Participate in a service project Do activities from Girl Scout book Special ceremony or Court of Awards 5. Cleanup. Responsibility of the VIP Junior and the VIP Parent as listed in the meeting schedule. Activities: VIP Junior - Cleanup VIP Parent - Help Junior and supervise cleanup 6. Closing. Focus on what was accomplished and what to expect when we next meet. Activities: Gather for a friendship circle Thank any guests VIP Brownie begins the squeeze 7. Sign Out.
