"Aww, Nicky that was beautiful." Melly sniffled when they finished. "Yeah it was." Val said kissing Brian. "But the night of surprises isn't over yet!" Nick said standing up. Melly and Valerie just looked at each other curiously. "Come with us." Nick said opening the door to the deck with overlooked the sea. "Close your eyes though." Bri added. The girls did as they were told and were led out to the deck. "OK, open!" Nick said. "Miss Lachean, The future Mrs. Carter. Here is your table." Brian said like a waiter. The girls sat down and a wonderful spaghetti meal was served to them. "At least they didn't burn down the kitchen this time!" Melly whispered sarcastically to Val. "We heard that." Nick and Brian said smiling. "That was excellent." Val said sitting back after she had finished. "Whaddya day." Melissa said yawning. "Oh, we're not done yet." Brian said grabbing Valley's hand and leading
her down the steps to the beach. "You comin?" Valley turned around to ask Nick and Melly. "No." Nick said firmly "Huh?" Melissa asked confused. "Brian has a surprise for Val, I have a different surprise for you." "Ohhh." Melly replied.
~Brian and Val~
Brian put his hands over Val's eyes as they walked out onto the sand. "Hey! Wha?" Val said. "Just wait!" Bri said leading her around the corner to the water. "Here's your surprise." Brian said removing his hands from her eyes and showing her the yacht that he had rented for the evening. "Oh, Bri!" said Val kissing her boyfriend. "This is wonderful." She said looking back toward the enormous boat that sat before her. "You ready to go?" Brian asked. "Of course." Val replied. "Great! A whole night, us, alone, together on a boat, in the ocean, ALL NIGHT LONG!" Brian said enthusiastically.
~Melly and Nick~
"So, now that they are gone, I can get started on your surprise." Nick smiled his devilish grin. "Should I be worried?" Melly said sarcastically. "Na." Nick said walking into the living room. He went over to the closet where he had put some stuff earlier. "OK! I'm ready to go!" Nick said taking out a basketball. "You gotta be kidding!" Melly screamed. "Yeah I am!" Nick said putting the ball back in the closet. "I wanna make one of dreams come true." Nick said embracing Melly. "You mean the one on the beach?" Melissa asked staring Nick in his beautiful eyes. "No, the one where you are in the front row of the Battle of the Bands concert." Nick said taking two tickets out of his back pocket. "Aww Nicky....you didn't!?" Melissa said taken fully by surprise. "Yeah I did!" Nick replied. "Which bands are gonna be there?" Melissa asked excited. "BBMak, Savage Garden, Destiny's Child, Incubus, Lifehouse. A whole bunch of em." Nick said grabbing their jackets. "What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Melly said heading towards the door. "Alright, I'm coming." Nick said following her.
