Ecuador declared a state of emergency, brought out the police and riot gear,
firing tear gas into student crowds to disperse them. The students, in turn,
threw rocks and molotov cocktails, spray painting walls. It was the
first time I had ever been tear gassed so I had to snap a few pictures.
