Azure eyes shot open. Darkness. Omi sat up, sweating and panting as he looked around the room. The only light came from the small alarm clock on his nightstand. He outstrected a shaky hand, grabbing it and looking at the time through frightened eyes. 2:47am. Only a dream, but the youngest Weiß member was still too frightened to believe otherwise. His still shaky hands patted down his neck, since he could still feel those gloved hands slowly choking the life out of him... "Murderer..." The voice echoed in his mind once more, and Omi let out a choked scream, flopping back down onto his bed and burying his face into the pillow. Why? Why did he have to suffer like this? Why did his father abandon him?? Why did Ouka have to die.... Tears burned. Omi drowned in his tears of sorrow and cries of anguish until he slipped into unconciousness once more, sleeping a dark, lonely and dreamless sleep. ***** "ARIGATOU GOZAIMASHITA!!!" Omi's cheerful voice greeted the usual swarms of customers/drooling fangirls that frequented the shop. "Hai, Omi-kun! Matta ne!" Two girls responded, then exited the shop, giggling. All seemed well at Kitty in the House. It had been 1 month since the discovery of Omi being a Takatori, and Ouka's death, and the young blond seemed to be dealing with it better now. At first, Youji and Ken were fussing all over him; Aya, on the other hand, hadn't said much of anything. The youngest Weiß member still felt some tensions between himself and their un-official leader. Then, Aya's words came to his memory once more: "It's up to Omi which side to choose..." How ironic. Aya wasn't even at the shop today. He was at the hospital visiting Aya-chan, and the one who probably despised him gave him encouragement. ~No.~ Omi thought to himself, ~I am NOT a Takatori! I am Tsukiyono Omi! I've got to move past this...I can't dwell on it forever...I--I~ ~You say that now, but you're doing just the opposite...~ Omi nearly dropped the small pot he held as that familiar nasal voice echoed in his mind. "Omi, daijoubu ka??" Looking towards the window, he spotted a tall red-headed figure walk past the shop, grinning at him. The same grin that his reflection had in his nightmare... Omi ran out of the store, but spotted no one, save for the normal swarms of fangirls. "Omi-kun, konnichiwa!!" "Omi-kun, genki desu ka?" Ignoring the girls' chatter, Omi returned to the shop, where he met the concerned faces of Youji and Ken. "Omi...if anything's bothering you.." "Iie, Ken-kun. I'm fine...it's just--" "What??" ~NEVER forgive the bad ones...isn't that right, little one? The bad ones will be punished...~ "NO!! I...I tried to--" Ken and Youji stared at him blankly as he screamed at the voice the elder Weiß members couldn't hear. They wouldn't understand. How could they? Omi winced inwardly and screamed before running out of the shop.
