I'm not sure of the flavor, the writing is in Korean. Package only said "hot taste" in English. The broth is not very flavorable, mostly a hot flavor. The udon are great. Thick and chewy. | Season Packet: soy sauce(salt, water, soybean), tomato paste, salt, corn syrup, fructose Dehydrated Mix: cabbage, carrot, green onion, seaweed Spicyness: 1 Comment: Not sure of the flavor since the entire package is in Korean. I assumed it would be a spicy flavor with the "flames" on the package. Boy was I wrong. The season package contained a black goo that was thick and didn't mix well with the drained noodles. After getting everything mixed, the flavor was of nothing. No flavor at all. No saltiness, sweetness. Its as if the black goo was not even mixed in. I couldn't eat all the ramen due to the no flavor what so ever. Awful ramen. Overall: 1 |
