Then comes a sour taste. The spicyness tames down the more you eat and you start to notice the falvorful sourness the broth has to offer. Not much in the way of veggies, just some leeks. The oil packet was a thick gooey mixture that reminded me of bacon grease that had hardened. It did a lot oil to the broth, but the broth had a killer flavor. A strong pork flavor with a background of saltiness made the broth delicous. Not much in the way of veggies but a few leeks, but not anything else was needed. Another winner from Boss. Overall: 5 |
