Comment: This is an interesting ramen. I dont know much about this company other than they make a variety  of dried noodles. The noodles are made of sweet potato and when mixing the soup base you drain off most of the water and mix the soup base. The result is a blackish colored sauce that is quite tasty. There is a sweet, salty, sesame flavor to the ramen.  The flake came in the size of a square and made a  lot of vegetable. The carrots are in long shreds something I haven't seen before in other ramens. But the ample amount of vegetatable really bring the ramen to life. I hope this company makes more than just this one ramen I have been able to find.
