Enchilosa means spicy in Spanish well at least I was told that. The broth had a red tint due to the tomato base and had a spicy smell to it. The flavor was a salty and spicy flavor which tasted really good. The addition of the crunchy veggies and the vegetable protein provided some crunch and a sweet flavor. The noodles are your typical ones found in the U.S. market, they are thin but did hold up well to the broth. Overall this is a tasty treat. Overall: 4 |

At least have more flavor than your normal run of the mill cup ramen. The broth was a nice surprise with its spicyness and a slight seafood flavor. The veggies add a sweetness when you bite into them and there was a few shrimp in the mixture that made it appear to be shrimp flavored. There was also a hint of sourness but mostly a salty and spicy flavor. The noodles held up well and another good snack ramen from Enchilosa. Overall: 4 |
