As it goes with the ramen imports the ingredient list is not accurate. There was a huge amount of veggies but as far as what they were I really do not know. The noodles were made of sweetpotato and held up well in the broth. Not as chewy as wheat ramen but did not get soggy and mushy. The broth had a good beef flavor and a little bit of spicyness in the background. I expected more since the bowl has a picture of some chili peppers. Overall I was quite please with Guangyou.
