HANIL FOOD MILD UDON |
Season Packet: salt, red pepper, dried seaweed, soybean sauce powder Flake: fried bean curd, green onion Spicyness: 2 Comment: This will be my first review of ramen from this company. I was skeptical at first but was soon impressed. The broth which doesn't have many ingriedents is quite tasty. Even though the broth reminds me of bonito, its not listed in the list. The ample amount of bean curd add a lot of flavor to the broth. The udon noodles are in a wet pack. They are thick and chewy and hold up well in the broth. This is a great ramen. Overall: 5 |
HANIL FOOD KIMCHI FLAVOR UDON |
Soup Base: salt, soybean powder, red pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate Dehydrated Mix: scallion, seaweed, kimchi Spicyness: 3 Comment: It has been a long time since I have done a review from Hanil Food, I'm not sure if this is really the name brand of these ramens but this is the name the company and website go by. The noodles are in a wet pack and require no boiling. I like kimchi and I am always eager to try kimchi flavored ramens. The noodles were thick udon and were chewy and delicious. The broth had a feiry hot taste along with a slight sourness coming from the kimchi pieces. This is the way it should be hot and spicy with a kimchi flavor taste. That about sums up all the flavors and thats all you need with kimch. Overall: 5 |
HANIL FOOD MILD FLAVORED UDON |
Package Size: 7.4oz/210g Soup Base: soy sauce powder(soybean, salt), red pepper, seaweed, bonito, scallion, msg Spicyness: 1 Comment: Mild flavored udon means one thing with ramen, fishy taste. The broth had a slighty strong smell of fish but the taste was not that strong. Mostly a salty flavor and there was an ample amount of seaweed. The noodles were thick and chewy and are not to bad for instant noodles. Another good ramen from Hanil Food. Overall: 4 |
