KING CAR JAPANESE STYLE SEAFOOD FLAVOR
Soup Base: salt, monosodium glutamate, shrimp extract, creamer, yeast extract, amino acid, spices, b-carotene

Flake: the flake mixture actually just said dehydrated vegetable in the ingredient list and never listed what was contained. So here is what I found: green onion, seaweed, corn, shrimp, sesame seeds, fish cake

Spicyness: 1

Comment: This is my first review of King Car. As usual with Taiwan ramen, the ingredient list is not translated well. This is a fairly large bowl of ramen. The broth was a lighter color and had a "seafood" smell to it. Must have been that shrimp extract. The taste was slighty salty and shrimpy. There were large pieces of seaweed and the corn added some sweetness. But the shrimp were so tiny, you could barely tell when you ate one. A good ramen overall.
