In the ingredient list was noodles powder, I have no idea what that is. Probably poor English translation. The broth had a salty and peppery flavor with a slight chicken background. Not a strong chicken flavor. At times all I could taste was a peppery flavor. Then noodles were mushy and didnt hold up well. Maggi needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. Overall: 3 |

I do question Maggi listing the salt as a last ingredient since this is normally listed first in ramens due to their saltiness. There was not much broth in this one the noodles soaked up most of the water and there was just enough left to mix in the powder soup mix. The flavor tasted of curry mostly. The noodles were actually pretty good. They had a chewy texture and did not become soggy. Overall curry is pretty much the flavor and not much else. Overall: 3 |

| Package Size: 3.5oz/100g Season Packet: garlic powder vegetable hydrolysate, onion powder, sugar, salt, spices, hydrogenated refined vegetable oil, citric acid Spicyness: 0 Comment: I am pretty sure some ingredients were omitted on the package, mostly the MSG. Which is probably what the "taste maker" is the label has on the front. After preparing the ramen the noodles soaked up much of the water and did not make a broth. I would have preferred some broth myself. The flavor was mostly a salty and slight lemony flavor. A little sourness was in the background. The noodles were chewy but could not save this underflavored ramen. Overall: 2 |
