Comment: Here is a ramen from Nissin. There appears to be a Nissin USA and a Nissin Japan, I'm not sure if these companies are related to each other, but both make ramen. All the seasonings and dehydrated items are not in a packet but are already in the ramen bowl. The broth has a slight tomato taste, but not real noticable. Its not that spicy, but has a black pepper spice to it, not real spicy. The textured soy protein actually looks like chicken and theres an ample amount of veggies. I did have to look up what epazote was, it is a mexican herb. Overall not a bad ramen, and of an odd note, the picture on the front actually looks like the ramen in the bowl.

Comment: I have to say, Nissin packs a  lot of noodles for such a little bowl. I would likt it better if they didn't put so many, it tends to soak up much of the broth. The broth had a weak chicken flavor. It could have used more. Not a hint of any spinyness. There was a large amount of veggies and they added a lot of texture and sweetness. Overall a slightly flavorful ramen.

Comment:
The broth with this ramen is pretty much the same as the chicken fllavor, but apparently by just adding parsley you can call this on chicken vegetable flavor. The broth actually had a stronger chicken flavor and the parsley did add some depth to the broth. The addition of the vegetalbes added sweetness. This one is actually better than the review above. Go figure.

NISSIN SOUPER MEAL CHICKEN FLAVOR

Flavor Enhancer: was not listed in the ingredient list, some type of redish oil, tasted like chicken flavor
Spicyness: 1
Comment: You cant tell by the picture but this is an enormous bowl of ramen. The little chef picture on the cover suggest that you "microwave for full flavor", full flavor of MSG I'm sure. There was also a season packet called the "flavor enhancer" that was attached to the outside of the ramen bowl. First time I have seen this. The instructions recommended adding the flavor enhancer after microwaving. The flavor enhancer was a redish oil with a chicken flavor. A problem with this ramen is the huge amount of noodles, so much that they tend to soak up a lot of the broth, so I would suggest leaving some of the noodles out before cooking. The broth had a very salty and chicken flavor. A hint of celery comes through  and parsley flavor also. The dehydrated mix was also a large portion. The cabbage was really good and added a sweet flavor when eating it. Overall your typical American ramen but a little better than your average one.

Comment: Another offering of the "souper meals" from Nissin. As with my previous review this makes a lot of noodles and I would recommend taking a few of them out before making the broth. The broth actually was on the weak side. Not a strong flavor of beef with this one. The flavor had a "beef soup" flavor to it, but was not strong enough for my taste. There was a huge amount of veggies and they added a lot of flavor and the bits of textured protein help to simulate beef. The flavor enhancer basically just added an oil coating with a slight beef flavor to it. Your typical American ramen with not a lot of flavor.
