Comment: Here is a USA made ramen that appears to be geared toward the Asian market. The broth reminded me of Nong Shim ramen a bright red broth full of spicyness. As a typical ramen broth a salty flavor is dominate with a fiery ending. Not much else in the way of flavors, just spicyness. The noodles were thick and chewy and were quite good. I would say this ramen is geared more toward the Korean market, a Nong Shim clone.
