Comment: When I opened this pack of ramen I found inside a huge oil pack. Not only that but it's the kind that looks like hardened fat and is just a solid white brick. But once it dissolved in the hot broth there was a wonderful smell. A nice hearty beef flavor rose from the broth. The broth had a very spicy tone to it and in the background was a nice beefy flavor. The broth did have an oily feel to it but the broth so full of flavor it really did not matter. The noodles held up well and were quite chewy. This is one of my favorites.

TUNG-I CHINESE ONION FLAVOR
Package Size: 62g +/- 5g
Soup Base:
salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, spices, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, artificial flavor, chives
Oil Packet: refined oil(palm oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil), onion
Spicyness: 1
Comment: I got a kick out of the package size plus or minus 5 grams. I guess Tung-I cannot guarantee the size on this one. The broth was a simple salty onion flavored broth. The oil packet provided a roasted onion flavor. The noodles were thin and made of rice but these did compliment the broth. I don't think your standard wheat noodles would have been a good match. Overall a decent simple ramen.

Comment: Pretty much the same ingredients as my last review for thie ramen. The broth had a salty and beefy flavor, which is not bad. No other flavors detected. The noodles were chewy and held up well in the broth. Overall a simple ramen.
