And the flavor fresh shrimp I am not sure if I would call it "fresh". The smell of the broth had a seafood aroma but when I tasted it the flavor was not that strong mostly a salty flavor. No spicyness which is a little different for a ramen from Taiwan. There was a large amount of carrot and seaweed and a few small shrimps. The noodles held up well in the broth. Overall just a normal salty ramen. Overall: 3 |
