UNKNOWN BRAND OSORUBEK SANUKI UDON KITSUNE
The ramen on this page is for when I cannot determine the maker of the ramen.
Season Packet: salt, sugar, soy sauce(water, soybean, wheat salt), extract(bonito, seaweed), monosodium glutamate, caramel color
Dehydrated Packet: seaweed, green onion
Spice Packet: This was not listed in the ingredient list, but contains a mixture of spices, not sure what exactly they are suppose to be only thing I recognized was some seasame seed
Bean Curd Packet: A whopping piece of bean curd
Spicyness: 1
Comment: The only English on this ramen bowl was a small sticker with the company that imported the ramen and dont count on the ingredient list being accurate. The only thing I could find out was the Sanuki is a region in Japan and of course they are known for their great udon. The thing that is amazing was the huge and I mean huge piece of bean curd. It was not dehydrated it was in a fresh pouch and was over 8 inches in length and 3 inches wide. It was just huge. The noodles also came in the fresh pouch. The broth was the typical salty, slighty seafood tasting japanese style broth. There was a good amount of seaweed and green onion but the real treat was the bean curd. This took a while to eat. Overall a pretty good ramen. I just wish I knew who made it.

UNKNOWN JAPANESE BOWL
Ingredients: unknown except for a huge piece of bean curd. Some dehydrated fish cake and seaweed but the entire package is in Japanese.
Spicyness: 1
Comment: The entire package is in Japanese for this one and I do not have any clue as to what brand or flavor this is suppose to be. The bowl is made of aluminum foil which is something I have never seen. The noodles were in the wet pack and are udon I assume. The broth was salty and not really any other flavor than that. But it went well with the udon. There were pieces of seaweed, fishcake and seseame seeds to help add some texture. But the real treat was the huge piece of bean curd which was the size of the bowl. It soaked up a lot of the broth and tasted really sweet but the saltiness that it soaked up help to balance the flavors. Overall a simple ramen.
