| A four piece, all girl band that started in 1997, and they totally rock. Their music is a fusion of punk and folk. But unlike most punk bands, their harmonies are quite titilating. And unlike most folk bands, Bionic Finger produces songs reaching both sides of the spectrum, both mello and raw, lyrically and musically. I particularly enjoy the raw aspects of the band, including songs like "Big Dick" and "A.s.s.h.o.l.e" But then there are beautiful songs such as "So High" and "Melting Ice" and "Cheryl." Currently the girls are playing gigs in NYC and pimping their cd "Inner Bimbo." | This young lady has a totally huge resume that anyone in their right mind would respect. I dunno how she finds the time to stay beautiful. Currently, Anne is working with the Ronnie Spector Band, Joe Bendik & the Heathens, and Shameless. Her sound totally keeps the ears alert with beautiful harmonies and colorful music. I caught her live in a solo gig as well as with The Heathens, and she really rocked. She really left me wanting more and there aren't a lot of girls I can say do that for me! A very talented woman who is not afraid to stand up there with the big boys and do her thing, and all in a very modest manner. | I'm really not into a lot of female performers, and I don't really remember how I came across Michal The Girl's MP3 site. I downloaded "Emptied" and "Little Superstar," and she totally inspired me on the topic of this feature. She's anger, pain and sexual frustration with a beautiful voice, and she knows how to let it all out in her music. I felt her heart & soul in every song I downloaded. Whether you're female or male, if your heart has been broken in some way, you'll find a total connection to Michal...and I know you've all had your heart broken at least once.
