This Plaza is located in Villa Palmera, Santurce Puerto Rico. It was originally dedicated to the salseros of Villa Palmera but that has now changed with the recent addition of the late Sonero Hector Lavoe
who was from Ponce. My apologies to those who notice that there is one statue missing and that is of Rafael Cortijo. I took the picture but as you can see I'm not a great photographer and the picture didn't come out. What you see from left to right are these statues and plaques dedicated to Hector Lavoe, Pellin Rodriguez, and "El Sonero Mayor" Ismael Rivera.
