Betty Suarez has always been the black sheep of just about everything, but she didn't realise how aweful her life really was until she got a job at Mode magazine through her mother's poka bet with Bradford Meude, Betty was then hired as Cleaning Lady Assistant where she vowed to work her way up to P.A. However Betty's job isn't the easiest in the world, Marc and Amanda are there to make her life hell at Mode Magazine combined with her aweful fashion sense and horrid looks, Betty is a sight for sore eyes enduring the worst ever scenarios and pranks played on her, and she's absolutly gullable too.
Note: In no way is Fugly Betty related to the franchise of Telenoves, "Ugly Betty"

Sparks fly when Betty attends and a little boy claims to be her long lost son (Gust Starring Tara whateverhersurname is). Things are further complicated when Christina learns that Betty sold her our to Walter so that she can get with Henry.
Meanwhile Christina conttinues to closely work with Wilhelmina who asks her to spy on Betty for information about Daniel.
Alexis and Daniel reach a Christmas truth of peace and Claire is release from Jail for the Holidays.
Marc accidently over hears Bradford planning on axing off Betty's family, and to his delight enlists Amanda's help to bring Betty down.
