Healthy eating right this way!
Exercise is the key to a healty body and mind!
The Key to being healthy is to treat your body like it's the only one you'll ever have!

So how do you do that?
Several ways:

1.  Eat a well balanced, low fat, low sugar diet.

2.  Sleep 7-8 hours every night.

3.  Exercise regularly, at least 3 times per week.

4.  Keep your house healthy by letting fresh air inside and keeping plants.

5.  See your doctor for regular check-ups.

6.  Don't smoke, do drugs or drink alcohol.

7.  Maintain a close relationship with God.

8.  Turn the TV off and read a book, magazine or newspaper.

9.  Spend time relaxing with your family or friends.

10.  Limit your work hours, don't work overtime unless absolutely necessary.
