1 Can Refried Beans 2 Avocados, 2 Tomatoes 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1/2 Teaspoom Salt, 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1 Package Taco Seasoning I bunch Green Onions 1 can of Medium Olives 1 cup Shredded Colby / Jack Cheese Peel, Pit and Mash Avacados on Bowl with Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper. In another Bowl, combine Sour Cream and Taco Mix. Spread Bean Dip in Large Platter. Top with Avacado Mixture, then Sour Cream Mixture. Sprinkle with Chopped Onios, Tomoatoes and Olives. Cover with Cheese. Refridgerate until serving |
