THE BABY
Now THAT'S one seriously messed-up premise!

A social worker who recently lost her husband investigates the rather strange Wadsworth family.  Oh, sure, the Wadsworths sound not too off-kilter when you first hear of them - mother, two foxy grown daughters, and the baby, sucking on his bottle, living in his crib, gooing and ga-ing the night away.  Problem is, the baby is twenty-one years old.

The question she needs to answer, of course, is whether the baby is really retarded as his family claims, or if his misandric family has intentionally stifled him for 21 years.

This is a massively fucked premise, and I love it.  It's exploited marvelously - and yes, you sick bastards, I know what you're thinking and he DOES want to be breast fed.

Pretty disturbing in the mood I saw it in, I could also imagine seeing this as a pretty hilarious comedy.  The guy in the title role does a great job, although the baby-sounds are obviously overdubbed from a real baby (a little high-pitched to be coming from this guy) and the notion that he can work doorknobs seems like a bit of a stretch.

Unconditionally recommended.  I only wonder what the deal is with the rating - the IMDb lists it as PG, the version I saw claimed to be "original uncut".  Other than its subject matter and a very little bit of grotesque sexuality, there's very little violence and it probably could have squeaked by with a PG.
