FEAR NO EVIL
I may as well have been on another planet

Like kinda turned itself upside down here, everything melting down at the same time.  Even ended up needing a new server, grrumble, ah, well.

I was basically in a state of fugue when watching this one, so you'll have to bear with me if it seems like I was staring through the TV, through the wall behind the TV, through the mountains behind the wall behind the TV...like I said, it was a rough couple of weeks, and around the time I saw this one, it was at its worst.

But I digress.

This one has a pretty interesting concept that I'd like to have another look at when I'm settled down.  If the antichrist is a high school student (at public school!), who would oppose him?  Archangels, of course, in the guise of regular ol' folks.  And is the antichrist really that bad of a guy?  Maybe he's just a tortured teen.

He may or may not be that great of a guy, but he sure brings some unpleasantness to the world around him.  There's a great time-lapse sequence showing the pain and sorrow that Andrew brings his family over the course of his first 17 years. And the high school hoods all try to make out with him in the shower.  I don't know about the high school you guys went to, but at mine, homosexual advances weren't considered very, uh, macho.

Soundtrack's kind of cheesy, right down to "Anarchy in the UK" (think: the first line).

I dunno about this one - I kept flashing in and out of reality during it anyway.  I'm reminded of the super-weird kinda-angel flick The Visitor, for some reason.
