1 pound baby carrots
Partially cook the carrots
Drain and add:
Juice of 1 orange
1/8 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. brown sugar
salt to taste
Cook the carrots in this mixture
until
tender. Add more brown
sugar if you
like.
My granchildren also like
this if you add a bit of vinegar
to
make it more like sweet and
sour.
Add vinegar to taste.
