Salmon Smacker Dip

2 cups ground smoked salmon

3 Tbsp. minced onion

1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 pt. Sour cream

Pinch of onion and garlic powder

Whip cream cheese. Add sour cream (to consistency needed for chips or crackers) until smooth. Beat in onions, smoked fish and Worcestershire sauce. Add seasonings. Refrigerate overnight.
