Macadamia Snowball Surprise

Oven: 350 degrees
Ungreased cookie sheet
Baking Time: Approximately 20 minutes
Set aside approximately 36 whole macadamia nuts:
Grind in food processor and set aside:
1 cup Macadamia nuts
¼ cup powdered sugar
Cream:
1 cup room temperature butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
Add and cream well:
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
nut mixture
Gradually add and mix well:
2 ½ cups flour
Roll dough shaping into approximately a 1 ¼ inch ball around a whole Macadamia nut. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake until lightly brown. Remove from pan and cool until lukewarm on cookie rack. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely and store in tightly covered container. Before serving you may roll in more powdered sugar.
