Grandma Zoya's Baked Fish

Fillet about 3 lbs. King Salmon and leave the skin on. Cut into 2 inch squares.

In a bowl mix:

1 large chopped onion

1/2 cup water

8 thick slices of bacon diced

1 1/2 cup (Hunt's) catsup

salt and pepper

Place salmon on a baking sheet (good to use pan liner if you have some)

Pour the mixture over the salmon and bake 45 minutes in 375-400 degree ovenor just until done.

This depends on the thickness of the salmon as it could be done in

30 minutes. If you over bake the fish will be dry.
