The album has features from Ludacris, Cee Lo, Jazze Pha, Too Shot, 8 Ball, Kayne West, Jamie Foxx, R Kelly, T.I., Anthony Hamilton, Memphis Bleek, Young Chris, Freeway, and many more.

1. "Get Me"-- Beat kicks in you can tell this is some I'm back get ready, this is like the prelude to something big bout to happen type tracks. Twista is basically addressing about how he put major work in the past few years, repping hard and holding Chicago on his back. This is a great track to get things kicked off he really gets down to the dirt of who he is and what he has been up to over the years, give the man respect because that is what he deserves.

2. "Kill Us All"-- Uhhhhh Ohhhhhhh here we go this beat is the shit that brings you back to adrenaline rush days, this is that hard ass Chicago sound we all remember and envy. Twista bringing the heat on this track, he sounds so savage on these types of beats, the tracks get scared of him spitting over them, fuck all yall motherfuckers im back for the 2004 with a vengeance. The hook goes something like this "Come Look Into The Mind Of A Man You Don’t Really Want To Fuck With – Kill Em All Kill Em All – Looking Death Between The Eyes And No One Can Save Us – Suicide On You Hoes If I Have To Make You Die Bitch – Kill Us All Kill Us All - Looking Death Between The Eyes And No One Can Save Us".

3. "Pimp On" (Ft Eightball & Too Short)-- This beat is real flossy, this is definitely some pimping shit, this is the theme music to when you got your suit on and you stepping out a ride and the hoes heavy jocking. Shit you got three of the biggest pimp spitters on one track and you know the outcome they all spitting that hard ass pimping shit which is no surprise because they are some of the best when it comes to these types of tracks. The hook is real mellow "Pimp Pimp Onnnnn – Pimp Onnn – Pimp Onnnn – And If You Want It In A Lac With Three Hoes In The Back Feeling Like A Mac While Checking Your Scratch Then You Getting Your Pimp On".

4. "Slow Jamz" (Ft Kayne West & Jamie Foxx)-- This beat is real chill, you can tell this is some music you want to play before you get your groove on, get your game on music. If you haven’t heard this song you must been in the hole with Sadaam, because this has been all over TV, Radio, and wherever else it can be. Twista spitting that real pimpish type flow once again, he touches basis on the roots of some old school greats who made slow jams to what they are today while acting like he spitting game to a female. Jamie Foxx may have been a surprise to most people for him to be on this track but he was a good addition and actually did a great job.

5. "Overnight Celebrity"-- Twista hooks back up with Kayne for this track, as always they seem to have a good combination and chemistry between each other. Twista coming with another one of them pimpish speak to that female type tracks. He talking about how he can make a female a celebrity overnight, he can give you that ice, give you that deal, make you a queen, make you never forget him, simply fucking the Twist man can get that done.

6. "Still Feels So Good" (Ft Jazze Pha)-- Remake of one of the classic tracks from Adrenaline rush, this beat is a real mellow beat, this is the type of music before you play when you got that female coming over and want to get her in the mood. We got Jazze Pha on the hook for this one, you should know his voice and beats by now he has blown up the past few years as well. Hook hits something like this "It Feels So Good – Trying To Call Her With My Pinky Manne – Through My Hood – She Be On The On Switching Lanes – Its Understood - Im A Baller Living Pimpish Manne – Leather And Wood – It Feels So Good". You know Twista wrecks the track, you know he do pimping tracks like taking a breath its too easy.

7. "Drinks"-- This beat is real funky sounding, has the modular effects gets the head bobbing in a irregular way, something for the clubs. This track Twista is comparing drinks to different types of women, this is a creative track, he spitting about how he can tell what type of girl she is by what she drinks. Is she a freak, she a player, she up tight, Twista breaks it down to you drink by drink, real creative on his part once again.

8. "Badunkadunk"-- This beat has like the sho nuff sound mixed with a clubby shake that ass feel, Jazze on the boards doing his thing. This track is all about the assess, this is strictly for the females to get in the club and shake they asses, work what your momma gave you, don’t let it go to waste. Twista breaking it down, if you a ass man this just makes you want to visualize you at the club seeing asses shake. The hook has Jazze doing his thing "Badunkadunk -All In Face When You At The Club – Budunkadunk – Sliding Down The Pole – Budunkadunk – Look At Your Ass Girl It So Much Fun – Budunkadunk – Now Tell The DJ I Need A !00 1’s"

9. "One Last Time"-- This sound like some music you would hear in the godfather just flipped to rap times. This track Twista coming with some of the harder styled shit, he spitting about the streets, killing, doing dirt, snitches, just a lot of street oriented type of tracks. The hook just has some background vocals while Twista impersonates mob voices and adds some laced vocals over it, basically he saying we some gangstas and hustlers when it comes to these streets.

10. "So Sexy" (Ft R Kelly)-- This beat is a R Kelly track, you his beats be mellow as hell, they are usually club bangers or tracks you just right down to fucking to. R Kelly doing the hook and some singing on this track, everyone know he in his troubles but you cant say his talent is no their because he always brings flavor to tracks. This is another track where Twista catering to the females talking about the females you be scoping they all got their own tendencies that make them seem so damn sexy to us and we can not resist.

11. "Higher" (Ft Ludacris)-- This beat is another up tempo clubby type of track, the type of stuff that make you get up in the club have the blunt in one hand and the drink in the other. Twista and Luda both deadly combinations when they hit the mic. They both drop some good shit on this track, this is something that makes you just get wild in the club, we trying to get more and more fucked up, grab more drank and more smoke because the night aint over till im knocked out.

12. "Snoopin" (Ft Danny Boy)-- Ahh here we got this is some real sexing music you start slow and get at it like there is no tomorrow type of sound. Twista talking about his female doubting him, and how she always on his back trying to find evidence on him cheating, he don’t need all that just trust him he aint that type of guy you think he is.. The hook is done by Danny Boy and he does his thing on the hook and added vocals, it been awhile since he been around but its good to hear him on another Twista track.

13. "Like A 24" (Ft TI & Liffy Stokes)-- Traxster and Twista hook back up!!!!, yea he does the beat this track and we all glad that they squashed the beef and got back together on the music tip. The hook is a clubby hit type feel "Make That Ass Roll Like A 24" mostly being chanted over and over. Twista hooks up with another one of the monsters in the rap game TI, and he drops a solid verse for this track. Another note Liffy Stokes is also features most of you will remember him from some of Twista’s other songs or the legit ballin compilations.

14. "Hope"-- This is a much slower track, you already know this is a track that has a message behind it. He starts the track talking about RIP to JMJ, Left Eye, Alliyah, and all the other we have lost before their time. This is a track where you got to listen, a lot of stuff we as a person take advantage of what we have we should be blessed to be here and that is what Twista breaking down on this track. From all the world tragedy to the people dying, its no need for that lets just come together and be civil about situations. This is a track most people wouldn’t appreciate listen to the man, he has something with a message being said.

15. "Sunshine" (Ft Anthony Hamilton)-- This track has a old school sample of Lovely day, this has a real mellow some stuff you chill out to with the top down, brings all the old school fans back. Anthony Hamilton on the hook and he great for this track has that soulful sound which is kind of non exsistent in a lot of music nowadays. This is a track about just having a good day, everything going right, life going good, the sun shining on your back and it feels good.

16. "Art & Life: Chi-Roc" (Ft Memphis Bleed, Young Chris, Freeway)-- This beat is some real triumph shit, we coming be ready because it not going to be pretty. This track features some of the east coast’s bigger names, and they all drop some good rhymes for the track but Twista steals the show as usual. His verse on this track just comes in ferocious, another good spitter by him. This is like a all out we ending this motherfucker out with a posse type track, pretty much the track you want to end the album out with.

The production done by Toxic, Traxster, D-Roy, Mr B, Kayne West, Jazze Pha, was what it was meant to be, catchy and appealing to the masses. The sound of the album can be considered a lot more mainstream sounding compared to his past albums but that is pretty much the sound he was aiming for with this particular project. Twista has been putting it down in the rap game for a long ass time and has been through numerous major deals over the years. The thing about it is that he never really gained the success he should have with the amount of talent he has when it comes to making music. The album touches base on a lot of what Twista has always spit about but just on a more mutual everyone can feel level. He keeps it pimping on a good chunk of the album, if you have been listening to Chicago music for the past few years you know that they do the pimping type tracks the best. He has one hard ass track on here where he brings you back to the sounds of Adrenaline Rush days, the track is called "Kill Us All" and makes you reminisce on that classic album that you had in rotation for many years. He hooks up with some of the industries biggest acts all throughout this album and a lot of times that can be a plus for an artist but in this one instance its not. He is like a one man army at times, it doesn’t really matter whose track he is featured on or who is featured on his track he always takes the lime light. His flow is just so hard, ferocious, unbelievable and a whole lot more, not many can say they match his style and strength as a artist. Another plus is that he hooked back up with Traxster, these two are like a combination like none other, when them two get together something great always seems to be the outcome, so its good to see that there is no longer any hard feelings between the two. This album is a new sound for Twista and a lot of the old school fans of his music, its more universal and garnered towards the ears of many instead of a few. Overall he gave us a underground classic but now he means business, you cant rap forever and any artist should know that right off the back, people may say he is a sellout and all that other he say she say but it was time for a change in his eyes and any true fan should respect that. One thing you cant deny is Twista’s talent, no matter what he does he brings the heat to the track, you may say its mainstream but what would you rather hear a mainstream Twista or some guy that has no talent doing the same exact thing? The answer to that question is pretty much the answer to your thoughts on whether or not to pick this album up.
