Plot Outline

Kowl is framed for a crime against the Rebellion and is believed to have been the cause of
Madame Razz's sudden kidnap. Wanting to prove to the others that he is innocent, he journies to
the Fright Zone to rescue her himself. When She-Ra arrives to help too, they both discover that
Imp was behind the charade and Kowl is let off the hook when Madame is returned safe and sound.
