X-Men Movieverse Fic Recommendations

Control by Bartleby
Movieverse SONGFIC! *gasp!* Ororo angsting over Sabretooth? *double gasp!* Seriously though, I thought so much of this one that I copied it to my c-drive for frequent re-reads. Terribly yummmy.

To Tame a Wolverine by Mara Greengrass
This story is the ONLY believable Movieverse Jubilee/Wolverine relationship story out there, IMO. I didn't think it was possible, but Mara proved me wrong.

Green by Sharkbait
I usually try not to link to fanfiction.net because they are generally unreliable; however, this story applied an aspect of the movie I feel is generally neglected and overwhelmed in a flood of L/R shipper angst. It's categorized under horror, the lingering icy sweat kind... and it should be.

Letters and Papers from Prison by Minisinoo
Although she's more frequently recognized for her novel length (and equally extraordinary) works, this story is perhaps my favorite due to its exploration of an oft-forgotten factor of Marie's abduction by Magneto. I'm going to recommend this girl to high heaven, just so you know.

Climb the Wind by Minisinoo
Extraordinary, dark, and very real. Min tends to write Scott Summers stories (not exactly my cuppa)that suck you in and make you appreciate the character on entirely new levels. Her characterizations are very human, very true, and done with a sincere love and admiration that makes them shine. Read the 'Heyoka' series and 'Accidental Interception of Fate' while you're at it!

Dappled? by ????!??!
Oh lord, I feel bad, and I mean BAD about this.... Thing is, I've kept this one on my c-drive for so long... and I don't know who wrote it, or even what the TITLE is... *ducks head in abject shame* I feel horrible even doing this, but I'm going to archive it... it's my favorite Logan/Marie story ever, and that's saying a lot! I believe I got it off of the Wolverine and Rogue Fanfiction Archive, but I can't be sure... forgive me! *whimper*

The Godless Series/Land of Blood and Honey by Dyce
I confess, I'm a sucker for Sabretooth-fic where the character is actually protrayed as a human being, albeit with severe emotional problems. Dyce reminds us all that Victor Creed could, plausibly, be just an overgrown, pissed-off kitten. *shrug* Go read!
