History In fall 1944 three companies, Blohm und Voss, Junkers and Heinkel submitted projects for an extremely simple fighter project called "Miniaturjaeger". The BV.213 was to have all-wooden wings and armoured steel fuselage. Take-off was to be assisted by catapult or rocket. The fighter was to be powered by one Argus pulsejet.
